Professional Sales Representative

Davis Medical is seeking an energetic, out-going, enthusiastic professional to help grow the company. Immediate full-time position available. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven successful sales representative. We work closely with doctors and other hospitals, as well as manufacturers. In this position you will conduct inside and outside sales starting primarily through inbound calls to our office and in given time will travel for outside sales opportunities. You will deliver sales presentations, identify customer needs, and educate customers on the products.

Job Responsibilities

The primary role will be to drive our medical device sales, provide excellent customer service and process sales orders. Responsibilities include:

  • Inside and outside sales to prospects, from medical practitioners to hospitals. Find out their needs and explain how our products can help.
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities.
  • Meet sales goals
  • Support existing customers with use or troubleshooting information.
  • Continually expand your knowledge of our products, the competition, sales and our customers.


You must be able to close sales and have excellent presentation, and customer service skills. Additionally:

  • Local (North County)
  • Minimum 3-5 years successful sales experience (medical sales experience is a bonus)
  • College degree preferred
  • Ability to build client relationships
  • Internal drive to succeed and be a part of something important
  • Ability to wear multiple hats
  • Self-starter
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient on PC
  • Good negotiating and closing skills

Bonus Skills: Understanding of the medical industry and equipment resumes will be reviewed first.

Receiving and Shipping Team Member


  • Under direct supervision from the Warehouse Manager, this team member is responsible for pulling and packaging medical products to ship. They are also responsible for maintaining the organization and cleanliness of products in the storage section of the warehouse. As well as other duties as assigned.
  • Part Time to Full Time

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Boxes up orders and gets them ready for shipment
  • Prints shipping labels
  • Schedules pick up for FedEx, UPS, USPS shipments
  • Participates in closing procedures
  • Follows receiving policy
  • Puts received away
  • Customer Service
  • Placing Orders for Customer
  • Data Entry
  • Drop of Equipment to Customer
  • Make deliveries with some travel
  • Empties out trash and recyclables
  • Other duties as required
  • Inventory management

  • Must be able to lift 75 Lbs. Repeatedly
