What are my payment options?

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard Amex, and also PayPal (please call for PayPal option). For international please contact us for security reasons so that we can assist you with your purchase (wire transfers)

How do I place an order?

We have many options to place an order:

  1. In the online store, you can “request a quote” by clicking on the button, it will direct you to a contact page where you can provide is information for our sales team to reach you. They will contact you with pricing and additional information and process your order.
  2. On the website, if the “Add to cart” button is available, you will be able to click on the button and it will direct you to a page where you will be able to enter in payment information. From there, you will be able to confirm your order and shipping information.

Why is my payment transaction being declined?

There can be many reasons why your transaction is not being able to go through. One of the most common reasons is billing address verification. Please ensure that the billing address input is exactly what is written on your banking statement. Sometimes suite numbers are missing or needed to be inputted in front of the address.

Another reason the transaction may not have gotten through is due to the billing address being international. If this is the case, please call us at 800.422.3547 and we will help you process your order.
